ARCADIA, Wis. (WKBT) – Carry the Load is a nonprofit organization that intends to restore the true meaning of Memorial Day. Saturday, they were in Arcadia for part of their 15,000-mile national relay. The relay gives former military and first responders a chance to share memories and honor those who have fallen.
