Through community-driven events, fundraising, and remembrance, we honor the fallen, support families, and stand alongside those who continue to serve.

About Carry the Load
Carry The Load is a non-profit organization that exists to preserve the sanctity of Memorial Day through community gatherings and storytelling to unite Americans in appreciation for the sacrifices made by a few who carried the load for all. What started in 2011 as a grassroots effort by Veteran U.S. Navy SEALs, Clint Bruce and Stephen Holley has now grown into a nationwide movement with people honoring and remembering our nation’s heroes throughout the year. To provide active ways to honor and remember our nation’s heroes by connecting Americans to the sacrifices made by our military, veterans, first responders, and their families.

- To raise funds that provide healing to the mind, body, and soul of our nation’s service members and their families.

Since 2011, Carry The Load has raised $45.9M to support those affected by service. Ninety-three percent of every dollar raised goes directly to our programs in Awareness, Continuum of Care, and Education.
