United States Army Specialist Geoffrey Whitsitt served as a Military Police soldier with the 118th Military Police Company (Airborne), 503rd MP Battalion, 16th MP Brigade at Fort Bragg. He deployed to Afghanistan, where he gave his life after an IED attack on his vehicle while on duty.
Geoffrey had a warrior spirit from a young age, determined to live his dream of serving. He balanced toughness with compassion and was grounded in strong faith, striving to live a life pleasing to God while caring deeply for others.
Geoffrey left a legacy of courage, faith, and determination. Living out his dream to serve, he inspired those around him with his heart, resilience, and devotion – impacting family, friends, and fellow soldiers who will carry forward his example.
