Deputy Christopher Todd Harrington served the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for 23 years. Prior to his death, he served with distinction in the Fugitive Warrant Office.

Remembered for his heart and his love for family, Chris was genuinely liked by the citizens he served. He loved the outdoors and especially loved fishing. A gifted mechanic, his primary hobby was rebuilding trucks and golf carts for competitive shows.

Chris loved serving the community and being part of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. He was proud to work with some of the finest men and women in uniform.
