FORT BLISS, Texas — The headstones at the 80-year-old Fort Bliss cemetery were given a cleaning to coincide with the Sept. 11 anniversary. ‘Carry the Load,’ a non-profit organization based in Dallas and founded by two former Navy Seals, invited members of the community to clean dirty headstones at Fort Bliss.
