About Steve Dwyer

Chief Warrant Officer 3 Steve Dwyer, a 2009 West Point graduate, served with quiet strength and dedication. A Ranger-qualified Field Artillery officer, he deployed to Iraq before mentoring cadets as a rugby coach. He later became a Black Hawk pilot, deploying twice to Afghanistan, and was selected for the elite 160th SOAR, the “Night Stalkers.”

Steve Dwyer lived with unmatched intensity, pouring his energy into what mattered most—his family, friendships, and fitness. He was a devoted husband to Allie and a steady, loving father to his boys. Loyal and easygoing with friends, he inspired others through discipline, grit, and a passion for living fully.

Steve’s legacy lives on through his sons and the values he instilled—teamwork, resilience, and hard work. Through the Dwyerfire Foundation, his impact extends to Gold Star children, ensuring they are supported through sports and mentorship. His influence continues to guide and inspire far beyond his years.
