On Friday, the West Coast relay, one of Carry the Load’s five relay routes nationwide which started 30 days ago in Seattle, came through Waco and saw local participation in the event which recognizes the sacrifices of military members, veterans and first responders, culminating with a march in Dallas on Memorial Day.
