Even though he was only on this earth a short period of time, people were attracted to him. His hockey jersey is the only jersey retired at the Dr. Pepper Stars Center in Frisco, the American Legion Post in Frisco is named aer him along with a street leading into the Memorial park in Frisco. There is a 40 minute NCAA documentary film about him. http://guardofhonor.weebly.com/
