Jeff was stationed at JB Pearl Harbor-Hickam for 14 months. He was an F-22 fighter pilot and was deployed to the Middle East for three months during Operation Inherent Resolve. He had just participated in Operation Valiant Shield in Guam when he died. He was top of his class in flight school training and F-22 training, and was going to become the youngest officer to train to be an F-22 instructor.

Jeff was funny and had such a great sense of humor. He lit up a room when he entered, was a force of nature and a leader. He loved his Lord, his home state of Texas and all things George Strait, UT, and San Antonio Spurs.

He loved and lived life largely and was loyal to a fault. You always felt better about yourself after spending time with him.
